Patient satisfaction

Every day, we strive for the best possible medical and nursing care, as the high quality of our work is our main goal. Hence, every patient receives a patient questionnaire in order to anonymously communicate their impressions with us. All questionnaires that were filled out will be systematically evaluated to find out if there are ways to possibly increase the quality of our work. Criticism and ideas will be picked up on short notice and implemented as soon as possible.
